Daikin Ignored My Warranty Claim for RZASG125M7V1B Unit's U4 Error for Over a Year

We bought a Daikin RZASG125M7V1B unit, and it showed a U4 error code. On July 6, 2023, we reached out to the service team, and they let us know that the broken part would be swapped out under warranty and that the needed steps were set in motion. I've followed up several times, but I still haven't heard back or gotten any solutions. I'm still waiting for a response and repair as of August 11, 2024. It's been two summers and a winter, and still, nothing's been sorted out. I'm not sure who's going to take care of fixing this problem. Is the hold-up because of what's happening in Turkey or Japan? I have no choice but to share my concerns here or contact Daikin Japan directly.
