Ariston Did Not Activate My Combi Warranty - Ignores 5p3 5p6 530 Errors


We bought an Ariston combi boiler two years ago. The boiler is showing errors 5p3, 5p6, and 530. We've been trying to reach customer service since 02.04.2025. If we manage to get through, which is rare, they just keep redirecting us from one place to another. They give us numbers, and the people who answer say, "We don’t handle this, call someone else." Even worse, they never activated our service warranty. Let’s say they finally give us the number of someone responsible—he says, "I'm coming, I came, I will come," and then suddenly claims, "The warranty wasn't activated, so I’ll have to charge you." Then the case gets passed to someone else, who makes excuses like "I’ll come, I tried calling but couldn’t reach you." I’ve never seen such a poor service network or a company so incapable of providing solutions. I'm seriously considering taking legal action. What’s being done to us is nothing but mistreatment. Please resolve our issue.
