Daikin D2CNL024A1AATR Keeps Giving 1167 Error and the Company Won't Stand Behind It

We have been using the Daikin D2CNL024A1AATR model for about two years, but for the past year, it has been constantly giving different errors like 1167. The service team has visited our home three times, yet all they did was tell us that maintenance would cost ₺3800. We never received a proper response. Many people around us use the same or different Daikin models, and after asking everyone, none of them have experienced this issue. When I asked the service technician why it was happening only to us, he explained that since this model has an aluminum heat exchanger, the melted parts from combustion clog the device more easily and that if we had purchased a different Daikin model, we would not have this problem. This raises an important question: why was such a product even manufactured? Doesn't this create unnecessary trouble for customers? Shouldn’t the company take responsibility for this? Unfortunately, we have lost trust in a brand we once relied on, as they refuse to stand behind their product. Do not buy it.
We called and the issue was completely passed on to the technical service, it is not a company willing to help in any way, please everyone take this into consideration when making a purchase, I will spread this situation to as many platforms as I can.
