Volvo FH 540 Water Leak From Ceiling Near Windshield, Free Repair Request

I am using a 2022 model Volvo FH 540 truck with plate number 02AGZ*** and chassis number ending with 399943. In rainy weather, water drips into the cabin from the front section of the ceiling, near the upper front area of the windshield. During rain, it is clearly visible inside the vehicle that water drips from the ceiling area, and this is not acceptable in terms of both safety and comfort. Although we sealed around and above the roof lights with silicone, the problem did not improve. When we showed the vehicle to the authorized service, we were told that a part replacement was required. Based on the information we received from other users with the same vehicle and from the authorized service, we learned that this is a chronic issue in this model. Our vehicle has 240,000 kilometers, and this water ingress problem started recently. Considering that this issue is known to be chronic, I request that the authorized service take customer satisfaction into account and carry out the necessary part replacement and repair free of charge under goodwill warranty.
