Daikin Airfell Air Conditioner, Delayed Installation, and Frustrating Service
I bought a Daikin Airfell air conditioner. I registered for installation two weeks after my purchase. They called a few days ago to tell me that they wouldn't be able to install it for another 10-15 days. They advised me to contact another nearby service provider. However, no one from the services I contacted responded. I'm not sure why the brand is selling an air conditioner that can't be installed or serviced. I bought another air conditioner from the same brand last year, and it took a lot of effort to get it installed. I chose the same brand again because I was pleased with the product, but I now deeply regret it. These brands, it appears, are unable to perform installations prior to February 1st. If that's the case, there should be restrictions on selling the products until they can ensure proper installation. Selling a product without the necessary service infrastructure is simply deceiving the customers. There's another word for it, but I can't say it here.
