I bought an Airfel air conditioner from Daikin, but it's been a week and the assigned installation company, Termogold, has yet to arrive. When I called, they claimed they had no record of my installation and promised to get back to me. However, days passed and no one contacted me. When I finally got in touch with them, they explained that they primarily serve construction sites and do not currently handle individual customer installations. They mentioned that individual installations might be scheduled in about 10 days, but there is no definite timeframe for my turn because there are many other customers waiting like me. It's hot in the summer, and I don't want to wait until winter to use my air conditioner for heating. Why would Daikin sell a product that it cannot support? I urgently require a solution to this issue!
