I regret purchasing my 2022 Dacia Duster 1.3 TCe Journey automatic. The vehicle has been problematic from the start, making noise during gear shifts and vibrating when stopped. I took it for its first service at Antalya Dakik and mentioned these issues, but they dismissed them as 'chronic.' When I brought it in for the second service at Antalya Zamanlar, they discovered water damage and quoted a repair cost of approximately ₺210,000. My car is still under warranty, and I have never exposed it to water or flooding—I've taken meticulous care of it. Yet, they blamed me, saying, "you must have driven it through water," and dismissed my concerns.
Even though I had previously informed the Dakik service about these issues, they didn't even bother to inspect the car properly. Now, both services, which are under the same company, are giving me the runaround. My car is still at the Antalya Zamanlar dealership, and when I contacted Dacia's complaint line, they told me they are 'monitoring the situation.' But what exactly are they monitoring after 20 days? Despite being under warranty and never exposing it to water, my car is not being covered. Neither the service center nor Dacia's representatives are standing behind their product or brand. I have never encountered such indifference from a company. I urge Dacia's top management to take responsibility and address this issue promptly.
