Dacia Duster Multimedia Malfunction

In 2022, I purchased a Dacia Duster from Tepretoğulları Dealership. Three months after the purchase, the vehicle encountered a turbo issue, which was resolved with a replacement part. Fast forward to May 2024, and the multimedia system has malfunctioned at least 5-6 times since its purchase. Each time, I've had to disrupt my routine to get it repaired. It seems to be a widespread issue in this series. Following the latest replacement of the multimedia system and turbo engine, it broke down again the next day. When I contacted the service, all I got was a casual "come back, we'll fix it." This felt like a blatant disregard for my time and frustration. I'm convinced that instead of a mere exchange, a defective product was sold and not properly addressed. Due to my negative experiences with both Dacia and Tepretoğulları Dealership, I cannot offer a positive recommendation for this brand and dealership.
