Hi, I took my Dacia Duster to AKKAŞ Service in Balıkesir, Turkey, but the situation got worse. On 13.03.2025, my car broke down and had to be towed. The same day, I received it back from the service after paying ₺5,700 for an engine oil change. However, that evening, the car broke down again. I was told that the engine was burned out. When I asked why they hadn’t checked it properly, they said they were not obligated to. They then demanded ₺436,000 for a new engine. I refused and retrieved my car on 27.03.2025, arranging transport to another repair shop myself. By then, the car had suffered damage to both the engine and transmission. I am planning to sue the service and request access to all voice recordings related to this matter. My car has been severely damaged due to their negligence.
