Persistent Issues with My Dacia Duster

My Dacia Duster was purchased in 2021, but it has been constantly malfunctioning since 2023. Despite the fact that I am only two years old, I frequently receive exhaust emission and injection system error messages. These problems have persisted since around 10,000 kilometers, and I've taken the car to the service center about 8 times, with each visit resulting in the problem being temporarily resolved and brushed aside. My car is currently experiencing jerking movements. When I inquired about the warranty, I was told that it had expired because I had traveled more than 100,000 kilometers, and that the engine was faulty. How can such persistent malfunctions occur in a regularly serviced vehicle that is only two years old? Furthermore, the fact that the service center only clears the error codes to address the problem temporarily raises serious concerns. I demand that my ongoing problem be resolved as soon as possible.
