On August 12, we purchased a Cybex Eezy S Twist 2 stroller from the Altunizade Opera store. The product was delivered to us by cargo. Before even fully opening the packaging, we noticed that the stroller had scratches on it.

Although the shipping box had only a small dent that could not have caused serious damage, the scratches on the stroller raised strong concerns. It made us suspect that instead of a brand-new stroller, we may have been sent an opened or display product, which has significantly damaged our trust in the brand.

Adding to this, the warranty certificate and invoice were not included with the product. The store told us these documents would be sent by email, but we still haven’t received them. We request that the warranty certificate and invoice be sent to us immediately.

This issue occurred right on our first day of use, and we have never experienced anything like this before with other purchases. So far, we have not yet contacted Cybex customer service or the store’s support line.

👉 We do not want to deal with a return process. Our expectation was simple: to receive a brand-new, flawless stroller. We demand a quick solution to this matter so that our trust in both the product and the brand can be restored.
