Cybex Sirona T Plus Car Seat Arrived With Fabric Cuts Before Use
On September 12, 2024, I purchased several Cybex products from your Ankara Çukurambar store:
Cybex Cloud T i-Size infant car seat
Cybex Eesy S Twist2 stroller
Cybex Sirona T Plus car seat
Since my baby was born at the end of February, we initially used the Cloud T i-Size. As it has now become too small, we decided to switch to the Sirona T Plus.
However, when I unpacked the Sirona T Plus car seat, which had been kept unused in its box until now, I noticed that the fabric had two clear cuts in one area. This was extremely disappointing, as the product was brand new and never in use before.
I immediately reported this issue to the store, and I was told to send an email. I did so, but I have not received any response since. I also have the invoice (No: BH12024000012301), and the product is still under warranty.
👉 Since this defect was detected before the product was ever used, I request a replacement of the defective unit. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly so that my baby can use the car seat safely and without delay.
