Cybex Mios Stroller Rear Wheel Detached and Malfunctioning

The rear wheel of my Cybex Mios stroller has detached, leaving the stroller leaning to one side and unstable. Additionally, it never folds or unfolds smoothly in one attempt—it always jams, which has become incredibly frustrating. As a mother whose baby was born in winter, I primarily used the bassinet for the first seven months. Over the summer, I used the stroller sparingly at a summer house, mostly to allow my baby to nap. In total, I’ve only used the stroller for about two months on the road, yet it has deteriorated significantly despite minimal usage.

For a product that costs a fortune and is marketed for its quality, this experience is beyond disappointing. Adding to the frustration, Cybex's technical support is unresponsive, and there’s no proper assistance or accountability from the company. It’s shocking to see a brand associated with "German quality" fail to stand behind its product.

I’m requesting that the stroller be collected from us, repaired, or replaced with a new one to resolve this issue. The stress caused by this situation, especially for a nursing mother, is unacceptable. Please address this matter promptly to alleviate our inconvenience.
