I didn’t receive an invoice after buying from CYBEX online, how can I get it to validate my warranty?

CYBEX needs proof of purchase to trigger and validate warranties. The invoice is the most important piece of proof.

If you bought something online and didn't get an invoice, check your spam or promotions folder first. CYBEX usually sends bills along with order confirmation emails.

If you can't find it, you can ask for a copy through CYBEX's official Contact Form. Just choose your area, include your order number, and write "invoice needed for warranty validation."

If you're in the United States, you can email [email protected] or call 1-877-242-5676. Invoices are generally sent again within a few business days.

If not, file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
