Cybex Libelle Stroller Wheel Problem – Need Repair and Service Support

Hello, I’ve been using the Cybex Libelle cabin-sized stroller that I purchased from Hepsiburada on November 14, 2022, for about a year now, and I am currently experiencing an issue with the rear right wheel. I kindly request that you contact me to help resolve this problem.

Response from Opera İstanbul: Our service duration is 10 business days from the time we receive the product. You can either deliver the product to our service in person or ship it, with the shipping costs (both ways) being your responsibility. Please note that our service is closed on weekends. Additionally, any delays caused by missing or incorrect information on the required documents will not be our responsibility.

Kargo süreleri dahil 1 aya yakın belki de bebek arabamı kullanamayacağım bu süre de bebeğimi taşımak Allah'a havale. Tek bir servis olması onunda İstanbul'da olması ne alaka? Ağrıdan biri alsa ve garantiye göndermek istese küçük bir servet mi ödemesi gerekiyor servisten yararlanmak için? Kargo ücreti (kargo ücreti tek yön 700 TL civarı) neden alıcıya yükleniyor? Garanti süresi dolan ürün için anlarım da süresi devam eden üründe asla anlamadım. Cybex cidden gereksiz pahalılıkta ve çok da akıllı işi değilmiş sanırım.
