CVwizard Subscription Charge Appears Without Authorization

On February 20, 2026, and February 26, 2026, two separate charges of 299 TL each — totaling $16 — were made to my İş Bank credit card by CvWizard. I discovered these charges by chance on June 28, 2026, when I received an insufficient balance notification and reviewed my recent transactions.
Although the credit card and account belong entirely to me, I do not have any active membership with CvWizard, nor have I given any authorization for automatic payments. I do not regularly use the website, I did not knowingly start any subscription, and I did not provide my card details for such a purpose.
Despite this, two charges were made within a short period of time in what appears to be a recurring payment structure. I do not accept these unauthorized transactions under any circumstances.
When I contacted my bank, I was informed that the transactions originated from CvWizard and that I would need to contact the company directly for cancellation and a refund. However, I have not been able to find a reachable customer service number or authorized representative, and I have received no response to my written inquiry.
I demand the immediate and full refund of the total $16 taken from my card without my knowledge or consent. I also request that any membership or subscription opened in my name be permanently canceled immediately.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue to all relevant authorities and pursue my legal rights to the fullest extent.
