CVWizard Unauthorized Recurring Subscription - Refund My Money!
I am writing to raise a complaint about an unauthorized recurring subscription with CVWizard that has been debited from my account without my clear consent. On 27 November 2025, I discovered that CVWizard had taken a total of around R330 from my debit card, even though I only intended to make a once‑off payment of R28. When I used CVWizard, I believed I was paying a single fee for a CV service and at no point did I knowingly agree to a recurring subscription. Despite this, CVWizard has continued to debit money whenever there is a balance in my account. When I contacted CVWizard about these charges, I was informed that they will keep debiting my account whenever they find money available, which I find unacceptable since I did not knowingly subscribe to such a service. I request a full refund of all subscription amounts that were taken without my clear agreement and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account under the email address louisam****[email protected]. I also ask for written confirmation that no further debits will be made from my debit card.
