CVwizard Unauthorized  Charge After Once-Off Payment

I used the CVwizard service in South Africa and on 16 January 2026 I made a once-off payment of R20.00, clearly choosing not to take any premium or recurring subscription. Despite this, on 05 February 2026 an amount of R299.99 was taken from my bank account (account number ending 21301) without my authorization or consent. I did not agree to any subscription or additional charges beyond the original R20.00 payment, and I was not informed that any further amount would be debited. I have also not yet contacted CVwizard support about this, as the debit came as an unexpected and unauthorized transaction. I request that the unauthorized amount of R299.99 be fully refunded to my bank account and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my profile be cancelled immediately so that no further deductions are made from my account.
