Cv Wizard Unauthorized Subscription Charge - Refund Request

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription charge of 299.99 that was taken from my account on 07/01/2026 via Google Play for Cv Wizard. I never knowingly signed up for this subscription. The only thing I agreed to was a trial in August for 17.99, and I understood this as a limited trial, not a recurring or high‑amount subscription. After noticing the 299.99 charge, I contacted Cv Wizard/Google Play customer service. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked to provide my banking details and then told there was an error, without any clear solution or refund process. This has been frustrating and has not reassured me that my financial information is being handled properly. I request that the subscription charge be fully refunded to my account and that any active subscription or automatic renewal associated with Cv Wizard through my Google Play account be cancelled immediately. I also ask for written confirmation that no further deductions will be made from my account.
