15% Missing Discount From Craft Cut, Birthday Decor Plans Derailed

I was promised a 15% discount on this website for my daughter's birthday decorations, it's coming up fast!, was totally counting on that discount to stay on budget with my DIY backdrop idea. No idea what happened when I placed it, no discount in the end! Totally threw my whole budget out of whack, even though things got a little pricier than expected, went ahead and ordered the stuff anyway. Gotta make sure my daughter's birthday is amazing, I was so sure it would work our didn’t have a backup on the side, next time I'll have a backup plan in case things don't go as expected, for now expensive or not, at least send my products one piece and in perfect condition.
