Aliexpress Sent Irrelevant Order Instead of Dress, No Return Process Available



I ordered this dress on March 14th, but I got this random hat instead. what's up with that? Man, the seller totally dissed me when I told them about the problem. And to top it off, I couldn't even return it because I already confirmed the order when I got the mail. I feel like I got ripped off and I want my money back for this thing. It sucks when you're a loyal customer and the seller treats you poorly. That sucks, they didn't even take my complaint seriously and just laughed it off. I just wanna say, y'all better be careful when shopping online. Take it from me! Sellers gotta own up to their mistakes and make it easy for customers to return stuff if they wanna keep 'em happy.
