Back on April 15th, I ordered some electronic components which arrived on the 25th, a bunch of the stuff was busted - not exactly the quality I was expecting, your refund policy says I can get my money back for these kinds of situations, so I hopped right on that. Filed the claim through "My Orders" on the 26th and sent the bad parts back to your local warehouse. Seemed pretty straightforward, been over a month now, and I haven't seen a dime back. the whole thing is about "quick refunds" and "hassle-free returns,", even tried talking to the supplier directly, but they've been ghosting me. escalated the case to you guys for help, like you suggested, butfor nothing... been a loyal customer for a while, but this mess is really putting a dent in my trust. I need you to jump on this ASAP if you can.
