COS Online Payment Discrepancies and Pending Charges on My Card

I made a purchase from the COS website, but the amounts charged to my card were incorrect and remained as pending transactions. Additionally, the website failed to provide proper guidance on resolving this issue. To protect my account, I had to block my card and file a dispute with my bank.
