COS Refuses to Process My Return Despite Receipt and Card Details


I am facing an ongoing return issue with COS, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been going back and forth between their Zorlu and İstinyePark stores, yet the problem remains unresolved. I have my receipt and the card used for the transaction, which was processed through QNB. However, their system incorrectly shows it as an Akbank transaction. Despite this, the staff continues to ask unnecessary questions, like which bank I use, rather than resolving the issue.
All I hear is repeated requests for a "slip," even though I’ve provided all the necessary documentation. This lack of knowledge and customer service is unacceptable. I demand that COS resolve this issue immediately and process my return without further inconvenience.
