Cos Online Store Charged Me for a Fake Website Purchase and Won’t Refund
I recently made a purchase on what I believed was the official Cos online store. The payment was successfully processed by my bank, but I later discovered the website was fake. Now, I cannot cancel the transaction or get a refund. It is shocking that such a reputable brand has not taken action to prevent fraudulent websites using their name.
How can a prestigious brand allow these scams to continue, causing significant customer losses? I demand immediate intervention from Cos to resolve this issue, ensure my refund is processed, and take steps to shut down this fake website. This negligence is unacceptable, and action must be taken urgently.
