Unauthorized Payment and Fake Cos Online Store Issue

I made a purchase from what I believed to be the official Cos online store. After receiving a verification code from my bank, the payment was processed without entering the code. However, no product was delivered, and I later discovered that the website was fake. To make matters worse, the amount charged to my credit card was higher than the actual purchase total.

I am shocked that such a prestigious brand allows a fake website to operate without intervention. How has no action been taken to shut down this fraudulent site despite causing significant consumer harm? I demand immediate action to resolve my issue, including a full refund, and for Cos to address these fake sites to prevent others from being victimized.
