I am shocked that such a prestigious brand allows a fake website to operate without intervention. How has no action been taken to shut down this fraudulent site despite causing significant consumer harm? I demand immediate action to resolve my issue, including a full refund, and for Cos to address these fake sites to prevent others from being victimized.
