I Face €50 Extra Charge After Corendon Airlines Online Check-In Failure

Today, when I attempted to complete my online check-in for my Corendon Airlines flight (booking code B388WA), the system was not working. For almost two hours, I tried multiple times using different devices and browsers, but the system continued to fail, preventing me from completing the check-in process.
Because of this technical issue, I was forced to check in at the airport, where I was charged an additional €50 fee. This was completely unfair since the failure was on Corendon Airlines’ side, not mine. Passengers should not be penalized for a system error that makes online check-in impossible.
I am requesting a full refund of the €50 charge and a proper fix to the online check-in system so that other passengers do not face the same problem in the future. Airlines must ensure their digital services function reliably and not turn technical errors into customer costs.
