While trying to complete online check-in for my April 1st Corendon Airlines flight, I entered all the required information, but at the final step, the system showed an error: “Online check-in is not available for this flight.” No matter how many times I retried, it wouldn’t work.
When I looked into it further, I discovered many passengers have faced the same issue, yet Corendon acts like it’s an isolated problem. When I contacted customer service, they simply told me to “try again later today”—a response that felt dismissive and unhelpful. Their Instagram DMs go unanswered, and when I called, they said they’d respond within 5 days, even though my flight is in just 3 days!
If I can’t check in and they respond only after the flight, how is that helpful? Corendon, please fix your broken online check-in system and provide responsive, competent customer support. Passengers deserve better service.
