I Can’t Complete Online Check-In for Corendon Izmir-Brussels Flight

I have a flight tomorrow morning from Izmir to Brussels with Corendon Airlines, and I’ve been trying to complete my online check-in—but the system keeps giving me an error after I enter my passport details. I’ve tried multiple times, both on the website and through the mobile app, but nothing works.
I contacted customer service, expecting a quick solution. Instead, all they did was have me fill out a form and told me I’d get a response within five days—which is completely useless when my flight is less than 24 hours away.
Corendon, this is unacceptable. I need to check in now—not five days from now. I demand immediate technical support to resolve this issue and allow me to board without penalty or extra charges. Fix your system and stop punishing customers for your technical failures.
