Corendon Airlines Canceled My Flights Twice and Charged a Cancellation Fee

I purchased round-trip tickets from Corendon Airlines for Nürnberg during the semester break, a time when we had no alternative travel options. Both my outbound and return flights were canceled within 15 days of booking. If flights were going to be canceled, why sell tickets in the first place?

Now, I’m left with skyrocketed ticket prices to the same destination, and to make matters worse, Corendon charged me a cancellation fee as if it were my fault. They even suggested putting the tickets on hold for a later flight, which felt dismissive—as if I travel regularly and can adjust my plans easily.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will never book with Corendon Airlines again. I strongly advise others to avoid them. I demand an immediate refund without penalties and better accountability from Corendon.
