I am extremely frustrated with Corendon Airlines! In November 2024, I purchased a round-trip ticket from Antalya to Köln (March 7-10). Nearly three months later, I received an email saying that my return flight was canceled.
Corendon offered me an alternative flight to Düsseldorf, which I reluctantly accepted since it was nearby. But now, they are canceling my outbound flight as well! When I asked about my return ticket, they refused to cancel it, saying it would remain valid. How does that make sense? They cancel my departure but expect me to keep my return flight from a place I can’t even reach!
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a joke. Corendon, I demand a full refund! I will never book with you again—even if you offer a free ticket. Fix this now!
