Converse Chuck 70 Plus Black Sneakers Split After 2 Months

I purchased a pair of Converse Chuck 70 Plus Unisex Black Sneakers on April 27, 2024. Within less than two months, the sole of one shoe started to split open. I don't understand why I'm facing this issue so soon after paying a high price (₺3599). I have been very careful with them. I want those responsible to resolve my issue as soon as possible. (The shoe on the right side in the images has split open.)
