I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes on May 28, 2024, and within just three months, they started to show deformations and splitting. I sent the shoes to the store for warranty inspection, but they returned them to me, claiming there were no signs of splitting. I spent ₺3,000 on these shoes, and if they’re this fragile and I can’t wear them confidently, why did I even invest in this brand? It feels like the product wasn’t properly inspected before being returned. This is a shoe that I’m supposed to wear, and if splitting doesn’t qualify under the warranty, what does?
