Nike Air Plus Shoes Fell Apart in 3 Months, Refund Denied

I purchased Nike Air Plus sneakers on July 28, 2024, but within just three months, both shoes began falling apart. The toe area opened, the soles separated significantly, and there were tears on the sides. On November 18, 2024, I returned the shoes to Barçın Spor for a refund or replacement. However, after their inspection, my request was denied without a clear explanation.

This is incredibly disappointing, especially since my family and I have trusted Nike for years. The shoes were only used between home and school in the city center, yet they deformed so quickly. I don’t understand how such a renowned brand can fail to meet quality standards or address customer grievances. I expect Nike to reconsider and resolve this issue promptly, as this experience has severely impacted my trust in the brand.
