On May 16, 2022, I purchased a pair of Converse shoes on their website. I didn't wear them right away because I already had other shoes. Around June 2023, after wearing them for 2-3 months, the sole on the left shoe began to separate.
Last year, I took them to a cobbler, where they put them back together. However, after a few wears, the sole tore again. Winter hit, so I put the shoes away. This year, I pulled them out again and gave them to the cobbler, but the sole fell apart again. There appears to be a gap in the sole, and the adhesive does not stick.
I presently own four different pairs of Converse shoes, the oldest of which is six years old. None of them have had any problems, so it's surprising that this shoe's sole fell apart in just a few months. I didn't contact you earlier since I assumed the warranty had expired when I opened the package a year later. However, I discovered that the guarantee is two years, so I quickly submitted a return request and returned the shoes. Order number: 1973234726914830; return code: con0a5b8694e.
I only clean my shoes with a damp towel or wet wipe. I never put them in the washing machine or anything like that. The technical crew will see firsthand that the shoes were not washed. It's interesting that only one shoe's sole is breaking apart and not the other. I will not accept any response blaming user mistake.
I'm asking an exchange or repair. I expressed this in writing, both in the return package and by email. I respectfully request that you take the necessary actions.
