Unauthorized Subscription That ClarityCheck Approved



I am submitting this complaint regarding a recurring credit subscription service with ClarityCheck. On June 8, 2026, I signed up through PayPal for a credit tracking subscription and was charged 38 CAD to my PayPal account. On the same day, immediately after purchase and within the trial/cooling‑off period, I cancelled the subscription. Despite this, my payment has not been refunded. I contacted your customer support multiple times about this issue. The only written response I received was an email confirming that my subscription was cancelled, but there was no information about a refund and no refund has been issued to my PayPal account. Since the service was cancelled on the same day and I have not used it further, I do not find it acceptable that my refund request is being ignored. I request a full refund of the 38 CAD that was charged to my PayPal account and written confirmation that my subscription remains cancelled and that I will not be charged again in the future.
