I subscribed to Claritycheck Standard on August 10, 2025, with a monthly fee of ₺37. Shortly after, I realized that the service was not secure and decided to cancel my subscription. I submitted a cancellation request, but since then I have not been able to reach anyone from the company. There has been no email reply, no live support assistance, and no confirmation that my request is even being processed.
It is unacceptable that a subscription can be started so easily, yet when a customer wants to cancel, the process becomes impossible. This lack of communication makes me question the reliability of the platform. I should not have to waste time chasing after a company just to stop a service I no longer want.
I am demanding that my Claritycheck Standard subscription be canceled immediately and that no further charges be taken from my account. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate the matter through my bank’s chargeback process and official consumer protection authorities.
