ClarityCheck Promised Refund But Never Returned My Money
I am submitting this complaint regarding a recurring subscription service with ClarityCheck. On April 26, 2025, I signed up for a paid plan via your mobile application accessed through your website and was charged 29.99 USD to my Kaspi card (Kazakhstan). On the same day, immediately after purchase and within the trial/cooling‑off period, I cancelled the subscription. Despite this, my payment has not been refunded. I contacted your customer support multiple times. Your agent, “David,” first confirmed that my refund had been processed and that my subscription was cancelled. When I asked for a transaction ID or ARN as proof of the refund, he said he would request it, but later admitted that there was no transaction ID, no ARN, and no proof of any refund. Since then I have repeatedly been told that “the refund may take a few business days,” but no evidence has been provided. As of May 8, 2025, 13 days have passed since my cancellation, and I still have not received my money. These evasive and contradictory responses give the impression that the situation is simply being stalled with empty promises. I request an immediate full refund of 29.99 USD to my original payment method (Kaspi card, Kazakhstan), along with written confirmation of the refund including the transaction ID, date, and amount. Additionally, I expect appropriate compensation for the 13‑day delay, false promises, and the time I have had to waste following up on this issue. My ClarityCheck account is registered with the email address: Yer***@mail.ru.
