In June 2024, we purchased a brand-new Citroën C4X E from the dealership. Just four months later, the car broke down and was taken in for repairs. However, the issue couldn’t be identified. They first attempted to replace the wiring harness, and we waited for months for the part to arrive from abroad. When it finally did, it turned out to be the wrong cable. Another order was placed, and after several more months, the correct one arrived and was installed, but the problem persisted. This time, they said the electric motor needed to be replaced. Now we’re waiting again, possibly for months, and there is zero transparency—no one can say when the part will arrive. It could take 3 months or 3 years, no one knows. This is an official Citroën dealership in Turkey, not a corner store. It has been over a year, and I still don’t have a working vehicle. I’m demanding either a refund or a replacement, but there’s been no result. It looks like we’ll have to go to court to resolve this.
