Citroen e-C4X Car Delivery Delay Problem


I paid upfront to purchase a Citroen e-C4X, and the dealer assured me it would be delivered within 2 weeks, stating it was already at the port in Turkey. Despite the invoice being issued, they failed to deliver the car for 3 months. I continued paying installments for my vehicle loan. With new car purchases, power of attorney is granted; mine expired, leading to additional fees. During this time, I learned there were software issues with the car, which they were attempting to resolve. When I requested a refund, they said they could only refund me, after deductions for credit procedures, not even accounting for inflation. The dealer claimed the issue wasn't their fault, directing me to contact Citroen Turkey. Despite numerous attempts, Citroen Turkey's official number failed to yield results. After 3 months, I not only didn't receive the car but also received a refund lower than what I initially paid. In summary, the likelihood of encountering electrical/software problems with this model is significantly high compared to other vehicles.
