2022 Citroen C-Elysee AdBlue Error Recovery Demand

I purchased a brand new 2022 Citroen C-Elysee from a dealer, and I have taken my vehicle to the service center four times due to an AdBlue error. Each time, they reset the error and returned the car to me, but the same AdBlue issue reappeared. Currently, my vehicle has been at the service center for 12 days, and Citroen has not approved the replacement of the AdBlue tank, even though the vehicle is still under warranty.
I feel that my company has been wronged because the vehicle we allocated for business purposes has not been properly serviced by Citroen, resulting in financial losses. I am frustrated that my issue has not been addressed, and I am left without a functional vehicle.
I demand an urgent resolution of my situation; otherwise, I will have to initiate legal proceedings for the financial and emotional damages I have incurred. It is unacceptable for such a large company to disregard customer concerns in this manner. I expect a prompt response and resolution to my ongoing issues. Thank you.
