Citroen Jumpy Spacetourer Costly Repairs

I purchased a brand new 2021 Citroen Jumpy Spacetourer. In 2022, I was disappointed when the dealer delivered a vehicle that didn't match my specifications. Instead of receiving the exact version I had ordered, it was missing the options I had requested. They were adamant that this was the original condition of the vehicle and tried to persuade me to accept it. It took them a whole 9 months, but they have finally included the options that were previously missing. Currently, they have opted to use a generic AdBlue in my vehicle, resulting in a failure of the AdBlue system. Even though my vehicle is still covered by warranty, they are insisting on charging me ₺40,000 for a tank replacement. The staff members exhibit poor phone etiquette, lack honesty, and the secretary is unresponsive. Their service is incredibly lacking, seemingly designed to frustrate customers.
