Citroen's Unjustified Expense: AdBlue-Related Engine Issue!

AdBlue caused a motor problem in my 2019 Citroen Berlingo, which had only 35,000 km on it. When I took it to an authorized service center, they said it was my fault because the urea tank was broken and needed to be replaced, which would cost a whopping 30,000 lira. I've always bought AdBlue from Opet and never let it get too low. How could it be my fault when the tank wasn't even damaged? When people say the same things about Citroen's cars, it's scary. It's not fair to charge us so much money for something that wasn't our fault. I'm very unhappy with Citroen because they make us pay unfair fees for their own problems. I want to talk about what happened to me and warn other people about the unfair way Citroen treated me.
