I bought my Citroen C4X from the Bül dealership in Sakarya on January 12, 2024. I want to mention that the staff didn't have enough knowledge about the car's features and operation. Shortly after, my car, which was still under warranty, gave me a warning that the Adaptive Cruise Control was disabled, and then I experienced an engine malfunction. After going to the service center, they assured me that the problem was fixed and I was able to leave. Unfortunately, the issue resurfaced shortly thereafter. Upon my return to the service center, I made it clear that if the car I bought has any defects, it should be replaced. However, the Bül dealership in Sakarya dismissed my concerns with insensitive remarks such as, 'Did we even make the car?' Instead of addressing my issue, they responded with a dismissive "How would we know?" I'm still facing the same issue, and my concerns haven't been resolved.
