Sugo App Messaging Restrictions And Fake Account Security Issues

For about three years, we have been experiencing a serious system issue on the Sugo app that affects both male and female users. In the messaging section, we are unable to send normal, harmless words because the system blocks them as if they were inappropriate. Instead of being able to express ourselves through text, we are to send screenshots, which is both unreasonable and completely against the purpose of the app.

We are not using offensive language, profanity, or inappropriate content, yet many words are arbitrarily restricted. This limits users’ ability to communicate freely and prevents us from using the app properly. Despite submitting multiple feedback reports to Sugo about this issue, no improvements have been made, and our concerns have been ignored.

Additionally, there is a serious problem with fake accounts and deception on the platform. Some users create four or five different accounts using the same profile photo; if one is real, the others are clearly intended to mislead people. Some of these individuals openly admit their accounts are fake and do not seem concerned about being reported or facing any consequences. This situation violates both user safety and personal rights.

Using someone else’s photos without permission is a violation of privacy and can carry serious legal consequences. Despite this, Sugo does not appear to enforce adequate monitoring or take necessary action against fake profiles, deceptive users, or individuals misusing the platform.

I expect Sugo to urgently remove or reasonably adjust the excessive word restrictions in messaging and implement stricter controls and faster enforcement against fake and duplicate accounts. Measures should be taken immediately to prevent unauthorized use of personal photos, deceptive multi-account activity, and unsafe user behavior on the platform.
