We bought our Citroen C5 Aircross vehicle from Ankara Ata in April 2024. We already had a 2020 model, we were happy with it; we accepted the loss with the exchange and bought our brand new vehicle from the Ata dealer. Our vehicle has covered 20,000 km; here are the experiences we had with this brand new vehicle until this mileage: First, the fuel pump cracked; then the engine water circulation hose burst; then engine failure signal appeared in the car and the car could not accelerate when we press the gas pedal. We took it to the service again and they said the flow meter was broken; it was also changed under warranty. Finally, we were hearing an incredible noise from the brakes; we took it again to the service; there was a rear brake hub failure. First they said the part would come from France; we were used to it by now; we said what will happen, they said let's give a replacement vehicle because the part would arrive in 23 days. (For fuel pump crack, we received a replacement vehicle but not for the others). We said okay; they tried to find a vehicle for a week and couldn't provide a vehicle. A week later they said "we found a spare part is in Istanbul, it will arrive in 1-2 days; we will give your vehicle on the 3rd day". They also said "since this spare part is within Turkey, we are not providing a replacement vehicle"! Today is the 3rd day, and it is not known where the spare part is; we have made the second vehicle of the house a donkey for 10 days, we drive it everywhere but since that vehicle cannot be divided into two, we also travel by taxi and minibus. When I called Ata, I told him that we no longer wanted this vehicle. They were not looking after it; I was told to call the Citroen brand representative at 0850 759 77 77. I called; they opened a file, and the authorized person there told me that a file was opened for a replacement request, but that it would take 3-4 months to get a positive or negative response. Then I called again; it turns out that the part is in Türkiye, but go to work, leave in between, pick up the child from home and drop him off at the course, go back in the evening and pick him up, go home; in this week, our well-being has dried up. I said, for God's sake, at least give me a replacement: Still nothing. In our opinion, Citroen sold us a broken or faulty vehicle. I urgently requested that the vehicle be replaced; but of course, we are not going to leave the matter to their mercy. I expect an urgent response from Citroen.
