On April 26, 2024, I bought a brand new C3 Aircross from the Erdemir Citroen dealership in Beylikdüzü. As I drove away from the dealership, I observed that the seatbelt warning light continued to beep and flash. Despite several tries, I was unable to contact the dealership's service department. On April 29, 2024, I went to the Citroen servicing center in Gebze. Despite their hectic schedule, I spent an hour persuading the service technicians to investigate the car's problem. Finally, they inspected the car and informed me that the seatbelt buckle was defective, and a replacement part was ordered from France, which is due to arrive in 3-4 weeks. I can't help but think whether the car wasn't properly inspected before sale, or if I was sold a bad vehicle on purpose. Is it feasible to check a car with ongoing warnings? I wasted an entire day at the service center, and I'll have to deal with this seatbelt warning for a month. Was my choice of the Citroen brand a mistake? Another big mistake was purchasing three cars. My buddies are about to pick up their autos, and we are already feeling regretful.
