I Face Sugo App Account Deletion Error And Data Removal Issue

A few days ago, I downloaded the Sugo mobile app after being directed by an influencer on Instagram who promised to give away phones. Not only were those promises not fulfilled, but I also no longer want my account or personal information to remain on this platform under any circumstances.

When I try to permanently delete my account in the Sugo app, the system shows a “data error” message, and I am unable to close my account on my own. My account ID on the platform is 240389081.

I demand that my account on Sugo, along with all my personal data processed under applicable data protection laws, including my phone number and any information linked to my account, be permanently and irreversibly deleted. I request that this action be completed as soon as possible and that I receive written confirmation. Otherwise, I reserve the right to initiate legal action.
