I Face Freecash Balance Showing But Cannot Cash Out

I completed the Tile Master Pro tasks on Freecash and earned a balance of $94. On March 21, 2026, I expected this reward to be credited so I could withdraw it. However, even though the balance appears in my account, I am unable to receive the payment or submit a withdrawal request.

My Freecash account is registered with the email e********@gmail.com. Despite trying multiple times through both the app and the website, I cannot complete the withdrawal process, and no payment has been made. I also did not receive any response or explanation from the support team.

I request that the $94 I earned be paid to me and that the withdrawal restriction on my account be removed. I want this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
