Chicco Goody X Plus Stroller Recurring Malfunctions, Discoloration
I've been experiencing various problems with the Goody X Plus stroller I purchased from Chicco for the past year and a half. The bumper bar and stroller components are constantly malfunctioning, and the product has also developed serious discoloration. These problems are recurring and negatively impact the product's safety and usability. During this period, I've contacted authorized service centers four times. My first request resulted in a replacement, but subsequent requests, despite experiencing more serious problems, have been denied. My product is still under warranty, and my invoice number is BCK2024000000050. I've consulted with my lawyer and learned that I have a legal right to a replacement. Therefore, I urgently request that the product be replaced with a new one in a different color. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities and exercise my legal rights to take the matter to court.

There has still been no response because they will just give the same answers, no problem, I have submitted my petition to the consumer arbitration board and filed my complaint with CİMER. Because I am tired of being victimized by this company's poor product quality, and in terms of hygiene, when the product is sent for service, they provide a replacement car and it's unclear whether the cars are clean or dirty.
Today the Akasya branch called again and said it was due to usage and had been repaired. I have never seen such a terrible company; they do not stand behind their product and do not replace their defective products just so they don’t make a loss. I call the customer service number they gave me, Ms. Nuray doesn’t even answer the phone. I have already complained to the relevant authorities, and I am not buying the car from there either. I do not give my blessing; let them be held accountable if necessary. I will never even pass by this company again.
